Natural dye Caramel E150 NATcolor®
This natural dye produces various shades of brown. It is produced by the controlled heat treatment of sugars with or without catalysts.
Our company offers four main types of caramel coloring in liquid or dry form:
Class I or E 150 or a simple caramel gives a golden-brown color.
Class II or E 150 b or alkaline sulphite caramel gives a yellow-orange hue.
Class III or E 150 c or ammonium gives caramel brown.
Class IV or E 150 d ammonium sulfite caramel gives a dark brown shade.
